<br><font size=2 face="Arial">CONSIDERING that the MOIMS/Spacecraft Monitoring
and Control Working Group has completed the update of the document "Experimental
Specification concerning Correlated Data Generation"; </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">CONSIDERING that this update satisfies
the conditions placed upon the editor during the failed poll CESG-P-2014-08-003
Approval to publish CCSDS 551.1-O-1, Correlated Data Generation (Orange
Book, Issue 1) from March 2014</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">CONSIDERING that the CCSDS Experimental
Track requirements for Orange Book promotion have been satisfied<br>
<br>
and <br>
<br>
RECOGNIZING that this recommendation has been approved by the SMC WG Chair
and has the full endorsement of the MOIMS AD</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">RECOMMENDS publication of CCSDS 551.1-O-2,
Correlated Data Generation (Orange Book, Issue 2). </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial"> </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">and</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="Arial">REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiates
the related CESG and CMC polls</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">It is assumed that the Secretariat needs
first to format the OB, and then starts with the polls</font>
