<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">Mario: As you know, the MOSSG was
asked to provide the CCSDS SM&C WG with preliminary priorities in October,
to allow SM&C to use them for work planning during the upcoming CCSDS
Technical Plenary meeting in November in London. </font>

<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">Attached is the PPT file that provides
and explains those preliminary priorities. </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Calibri"> </font>
<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">Note that these have not been reviewed
or iterated by the IOAG. I will send to the IOAG a summary note explaining
the priorities, and we will report to them at their next telecon. The
IOAG Chair (Michael Schmidt) agreed to this approach. </font>

<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">Also note the emphasis on “preliminary”.
The presentation has a full discussion about the risks of changes
that may be in final priorities. </font>

<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">At the joint MOSSG/SM&C meeting in
London on Monday Nov 10, I would guess we have the following agenda:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">(1) MOSSG presents the attached
charts</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">(2) MOSSG responds to SM&C
WG questions on the charts</font>
<br><font size=2 face="Calibri">(3) MOSSG asks a few additional
questions. </font>
