Why 6 days ? Because there are no enough rooms, and meetings should be planned with duration of 2 or 3 or 4 days. As mentioned previously, in order to finalise the documents we are working on, after we have finished going through the text on the Wiki over the next couple of months, it seems essential to hold a face to face meeting. It seems sensible to hold this in Washington - I believe that NARA can provide a meeting room. There is some funding to help a number of people with travel and hotel expenses - clearly there will have to be some detailed discussion about this. In order to fix the date the following link will allow you to provide your availability in Jan/Feb 2009. We can then chose the optimum dates - the meeting should be at least 2 full days - and get this in our diaries.
