[Moims-rac] Work Plan for RAC meeting

we had a small face to face meeting in Washington, taking advantage of the CCSDS meeting here. Marie will be putting the notes from the meeting on the Wiki. In summary the meeting was very useful and we have a getting to be a solid proposal for how to progress to the Standard and the accreditation/certification system.
 
At the next MegaMeeting I'll give a short oral report and we can discuss a number of issues.
 
In the meanwhile we agreed here that we should begin reviewing what is on the Wiki under the new template - we aim to target to review a reasonable number every week, and ask that people put their comments on the Wiki the day before the MegaMeeting.
 
For the MegaMeeting on Monday we want to cover B1.1 to B1.3 and would ask you to put your comments on the Wiki under the appropriate metric by Sunday morning. That way people have a chance of reading them before the MegaMeeting.
 
We will also aim to complete the new template document - there are a relatively small number of metrics to cover.
