Subject
[CESG] FW: CMC Results of DTN WG
Poll
Jean-Marc,
The intent of the DTN effort is to produce a Recommended Standards
(Blue book) for Disruption Tolerant Networking (DTN) and at least one
supporting long-haul link protocol (nominally LTP). The initial
position of the group will be to look at the DTN protocol that has been
developed within the Internet Research Task Force (IRTF) and published
by the IETF as RFC5050.
I have attached an updated charter showing changes from the previous
version that (I hope) clarifies the intended activities of the group.
If this meets with your approval, would you please inform the CCSDS
secretariat (cc'ed here)? If not I would be happy to discuss the
intended work with you further.
Best Regards,
--keith

Keith,
Please address this ASAP - I think that it will take a clarification in
the text, that you should circulate to CNES (Jean-Marc Soula).
Thanks,
Bob
