the response is as follows:

'The RAC output is aimed at eventually becoming an ISO standard, very
much like other standards against which there can be certification. As
such it is more than a guideline or recommended process, it is a "you
shall do XXXX..." document. Therefore it seems to me that this should go
Blue rather than Magenta.

The reason for going via CCSDS is that it is so closely linked to the
OAIS work, and indeed is part of the OAIS Roadmap of standards, and, as
with OAIS, the move to ISO is a natural next step.'

I hope that is agreeable.
