I've put the chat on the wiki, and extracted the actions.  Sorry I couldn't make it to the Megameeting, I was in an all-day meeting that I hoped would finish in time, but it didn't.
 
There was a question about two versions of the document with the new template, one under working documents and one off the main page.  I can confirm that these are identical (they point to the same page on the wiki).
