[Moims-rac] Time of today's Megameeting

Dear All,

At the weekend the clocks were put back one hour in Europe.  According
to my diary, Daylight Saving Time does not end in the US until next
Friday, so if the Megameeting today were at 16:00 GMT it would be an
hour later than the normal time in the US.  Since we normally have more
US than European participants I propose to make the time 15:00 GMT for
this week only, which should mean that US people connect at the same
time.

Presumably everything will revert to normal next week.
