[Moims-rac] Matrix for mandatory requirements complete

I have an appt at 10 EST but may be back by 11:30. Are we meeting this week
due to the US holiday? I did get down to B3 in the matrix. -Helen

I've now completed the matrix for identifying mandatory requirements at
http://wiki.digitalrepositoryauditandcertification.org/bin/view/Main/Man
datoryReqts.  At the moment it only covers part B of the TRAC document
as that it what we have been discussing recently.  I have incorporated
the latest statements of the requirements from our working document,
where these have been edited from the original.  So it's now ready to
use.
