The final NSF Cyberinfrastructure Vision for 21st Century Discovery
report has just been published, available at

There is what I take to be a mention of our work on page 24:
"... intend their results to be standardized via the International
Organization of Standardization (ISO) Archiving Series, and may impact
all data collections types."

It also refers to OAIS as follows:

"...now adopted as the "de facto" standard for building digital
archives"
