<p class="MsoNormal"><b>HERBERT C. HOOVER BUILDING VISITOR PROCEDURES/ARRIVAL PROCESS<o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Please plan to arrive at the 14<sup>th</sup> street visitor entrance (<b>350 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20230</b>). Registration opens at 800AM each day beginning on Monday, 29 April. Please plan to arrive between 8:00-8:15AM for the Opening
Plenary, and at least 30 min in advance of your working group agenda each day. There will likely be a large amount of CCSDS-ers arriving simultaneously each day and there could be delays in entry, we thank you for your patience as there may very well be a
line to enter the building. Upon arrival at the HCHB, there will be a 3-4 min security screening process that will require you to provide government-issued photo identification and a search/scan of your bag(s) and electronic devices. Please be sure to have
proper identification with you to avoid delays and/or being denied access into the building. For more details regarding this process, please visit:

Ronald Regan building</a> where there is a large food court area with many options – the re-entry process applies when leaving the Regan building via tunnel and returning to the Hoover building. There is a mini food market located on the 5<sup>th</sup> floor
