numbering will put an end to the historical TLE format. I also noticed that the SpaceTrack OMM format was not CCSDS compatible according to its structure (as you said) and I think it would be worthy to contact 18<sup>th</sup> SPCS to discuss about this topic
(as suggested by Dan).<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">For your information, a Collaboration Working Group (CWG) has been recently created (I participated to the first telecon last week) in order to facilitate file exchanges
between Global Sentinel participants (Global Sentinel is an international exercise between US allies whose objective is to deal with Space Situational Awareness). It has been mentioned in the first telecon that it might be convenient to make evolve some file
formats exchanged on the SpaceTrack. Maybe the OMM format discussion should be discuss in this CWG too.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Attached is an example of an NDM/XML combined instantiation using data from <a href="https://www.space-track.org/">
https://www.space-track.org/</a> . It's OMMs for 5 of the satellites in the Starlink constellation. I originally planned to do 10 in the example, but because the Space Track OMMs don't conform to the CCSDS Nav WG schema without a lot of doctoring (mostly in
the structural tags which they did not implement), I cut it down to 5. But it illustrates the potential in my opinion. A computer could spit out in no time a daily file for the entire constellation as often as necessary<br>
