an updated version of the RDM Red Book that implements (most of) the Agency
Review comments. Please find attached:</span>

<li><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">RDM Red Book 1.2:
important changes from 1.0 are highlighted in yellow (I have the changes
tracked but Word marked a lot of formatting changes I did not do; might
be a Word 97 to 2016 issue); one potential future change is highlighted
in purple; changes are due to Agency Review and the SANA registries for
time systems and orbit centres being published; version 1.1 only implemented
the Agency Review comments (was distributed to the reviewers for their
ok); version 1.2 added propagated all the changes to the annexes and stuff;
I have not done a refresh all for the auto-fill fields, so some things
will seem out of date;</span>
<li><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">the Agency Review
comments as a CRM; the colour coding is: light blue: already implemented;
yellow: to be discussed; orange: to be tackled in v2; red: rejected;</span>
<li><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">a zip archive
(I hope it makes it through the various email systems) containing the xml
schema(s) plus xml and kvn messages;</span></ul>
