Approval to publish the Blue Book CCSDS 509.0-R-1.3, POINTING REQUEST MESSAGE</b></font>

<p><font size=2 face="Arial">CONSIDERING that the book Pointing Request
Message (509.0-R-1.3) is a chartered project of the NAV WG and has undergone
Agency Review,</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">RECOGNIZING that the book has been updated
in accordance with the Agency Review RID dispositions in agreement with
the RID authors,</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">and RECOGNIZING that the recommendations have
been successfully prototyped,</font>
<p><font size=2 face="Arial">REQUESTS that the CCSDS Secretariat initiate
the polls to release the recommendation as a CCSDS Blue Book.</font>
