2) Quaternions
Contradictory user demands
Preference for eliminating the "FIST/LAST" keyword
Justification: amount of information necessary to describe a quaternion should be the same whatever the format used (XML or KVN). 
Note: the order could be the same as the default AEM order. 

[Note on remark 3 : p 4.17 contains the sugestion to remove the "FIRST/LAST" field.]

3) Blocks
Existence of blocks results from discussion in Rome and also from previous discussions

Other possibilities: 
QUATERNION_START ... STOP
EULER_START ... 

4) Transformation direction
There seems to be a consensus to eliminate these keywords

5) FRAME_A / FRAME_B
No consensus on the naming of these keywords 


6) Comptibility between version 1 and 2
From the beginning: no necessary compatibility between version 1 and 2. 
version 2 is seen as a new redesigned version. 
Also: the conventions regarding the data may not be what the users thought they were because nothing was clearly described in version 1. This "incompatibility" in fact much more difficult to detect.
