<div>From our side, this is similar to the R-15 day message that is generated by our government launch entities. That message contains some of this content, but in the past we had to augment that message because it didn't include some of the data that this
proposed launch date a message contains, requiring a separate message.</div>

<div>Regarding the usefulness of doing launch collision avoidance, that's irrelevant on the US side because our launch agencies are required to perform launch COLA on the launch day, even for longer launch windows.</div>
