I am forwarding you the Proposed Draft Recommended Standard "Pointing<br>
Request Message" for your review and potential delivery to the CCSDS<br>
Technical Editor to initiate a formal Agency Review.  Per discussions
at<br>
the CCSDS Spring 2015 Meetings in Pasadena, the Navigation WG agreed that<br>
this document is technically and editorially mature and ready for<br>
review by the CCSDS Agencies.<br>

The MS Word version of the document is attached for your review, as well<br>
as a PDF version (which may be more suitable for comprehensive searches

the document should you so desire).<br>
