<p>I've finished the NHM version 12 and attached copies.<br>

<p>There are several places in it that need extra scrutiny and probably some additions.<br>
</p>

<p>1) I've completely rewritten sections 3 and 5 and they should be examined with care.<br>
</p>
<p>2) I've made a stab at putting in Annex A. </p>
<p> The numbering in the requirement list table is different from what was in the CDM (the model I used) and I don't know it it conforms with the CCSDS requirement for this table.<br>
</p>
<p> The column giving references in this table may need to be emmended. I have not included any references to the XML section and these may need to be added.<br>
</p>
<p>3) In Table D-1 I've updated some of the SANA registry items. The registry should be updated to match the table but I'm not certain how to do this. Am I authorized to do it directly or do I have to go through some process of getting approval?<br>
</p>
<p>4) Although I've updated the Trace column in Table I-1 I have not included any traces to XML portions of the document.<br>
