[MOIMS-NAV-EXEC] CCSDS Navigation WG Draft Spring Meeting Plans

One thing has changed since these drafts were made... the Opening Plenary has been scheduled for Wednesday 11-May-2022 1500-1700 UTC... attendance is optional.

Subject: CCSDS Navigation WG Draft Spring Meeting Plans


All:

Attached are two prospective Navigation WG Spring Agenda drafts.

Draft 1A: One meeting per week starting 27-Apr-2022 and ending 25-May-2022; requires skipping Opening Plenary (most of which is Area Directors talking about what their area is meeting on during the meeting series, and which is marginally useful), may be easier on some personal schedules and work schedules.

Draft 1B: Variable number of meetings per week starting 09-May-2022 and ending 25-May-2022; allows attending Opening Plenary, avoids conference in early May and mid-May, harder on some personal personal schedules and work schedules.

These are drafts, and topics could move based on presenter availability and SANA team availability.

As noted in the minutes of the most recent telecon, please let me know your preference for the options 1A and 1B: 1 = most preferred, 2 = least preferred.

I will make a decision on 18-Apr-2022 based on votes received by then, since in plan 1A the first meeting is 27-Apr-2022.
