In a previous email you have received the updated MP&S Red Book implementing all agreed RIDs from the Agencies Review.

Before the publication of the Blue Book, we will need to complete the two prototypes (Services and File Formats). In order to do so, there are a couple of steps to be performed:

Guillermo to update the Yellow Book tables with the latest Blue Book information.

In order to support this, I have created a diff list with the changes made as a result of the Agencies Review, see attached document. Note that there are a lot of changes, however the changes to the Services are fortunately more limited. But still some of the
first level data structures, such as Activities, Constraints, Effects, etc. have gone through changes that need to be included in the Yellow Book tables. In addition, I have spotted a couple of issues that we should discuss at WG level and that may lead to
some minor updates of the book.

To provide the update Service Specification as input to the Services prototyping.

I have attached the latest Service Specification generated from the Blue Book, for inclusion in the next version of the Services Prototype. This also includes the change of “ObjectRef(Type)” to “ObjectRef=False|True” as per DLR RID. Cesar: could you please
check if this works correctly? Then there is the issue with the “Expression” type that is currently undefined. In addition, there are also a few other minor things that may need to be fixed. We can discuss all this on Monday.

To update the XSDs for the File Formats and perform the File Formats testing

This will currently require an update to the Enterprise Architect model. I am now considering generating the XSDs either from the Word document or from the Service Specification. This would save me some time updating the EA modelling and would also ensure consistency
between the Services and File Formats. We can discuss the details in the WG meeting.

From the above I would propose the following agenda for the WG meeting:
