Minutes</u><br>
<br>
1. <u>Prototyping status</u><br>
</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Dominik reported
on the progress of the prototyping. ESOC to renew the contract with GMV
for the continuation of the work in 2023.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Guillermo is updating
the tables as discussed during the Toulouse meeting. The Yellow Book will
be updated accordingly, but at a later stage.<br>
<br>
2. <u>Blue Book and EA model updates</u></span><span style=" font-size:12pt"><br>
</span><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
The latest BB draft H and EA model draft W have been made available on
the GDrive. There have been a lot of minor changes, summarised in a table
also provided on the GDrive. Maria and Peter will review the changes during
the next few weeks.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Roger raised a
couple of issues, which were discussed and agreed during the meeting. Roger
to update the BB accordingly. There is apparently a different way of defining
types in SM&C BB tables compared to MP&S tables. This is not a
major issue, and no action is required from Roger at the moment. This should
however be discussed with SM&C, to possibly reach an agreement on a
stable approach.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Roger also performed
a first implementation for extracting the XML Service Specification directly
from the Blue Book using macros. The intermediate results look promising,
with a few minor issues still to be implemented by Roger. A concern was
raised for any "hidden" constraints/requirements in the MAL Service
Specification schemas and its interpretation by the upcoming the MAL implementation
and also the visualisation tool. This should be aligned with SM&C (Cesar).
The validation of the MP&S XML Service Specification will be performed
as part of the prototyping, using the updated MAL implementation. Testing
of the MAL implementation should start in advance, as agreed with Cesar
during the Toulouse meeting.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The XML File Formats
produced from the latest EA model were tested by Peter and worked without
any problems or workarounds.<br>
<br>
3. <u>Blue Book agencies review</u></span><span style=" font-size:12pt"><br>
</span><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
The current BB updates shall be reviewed and agreed. This will possible
require another discussion during the next MP&S WG meeting.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">In addition, Peter
will perform some final checks (e.g. the links to the SANA Registry artefacts).</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">It was agreed
that the BB figures shall be provided in a single ZIP. The EA diagrams
will be provided as JPEGs (with sufficient resolution), as it will be difficult
to create these in a SVG format. We will await any feedback from the Secretariat
here, before taking any action from our side.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The BB will only
be send to the MOIMS-AD for submission, once the above steps are finalised.
Depending on the BB feedback, another discussion in the next WG meeting
may be required first. As such, it is not possible to provide a firm date
for the submission of the BB at the moment.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
4. <u>SpaceOps2023 conference paper</u></span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
The paper should be completed before the end of January according to the
deadline set by the SpaceOps organisation.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">There is an action
on Peter/Guillermo to provide the paper outline and introduction, preferably
before the holidays.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Once provided,
DLR and ESAC can add the specific information for the EnMAP and ExoMars
TGO missions.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Subsequently,
a splinter meeting shall then be planned to discuss these intermediate
results, which should take place e.g. the second week of January.</span>
<br>
