<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Today we finalized a contract with the Holiday Inn in Gaithersburg, MD to host the Mission Planning and Scheduling WG. The WG will meet at this location in their conference center for the duration of their meetings
and not at NIST. The hotel will provide conference tables (setup in a U-Shape) and the Secretariat will provide a projector, screen, jambox speakers (if needed), and extension cords & power strips. The hotel also has wifi available.
