<font size="2">This invitation is to reserve in your calendar the date for the next four web-ex meetings of our Mission Planning and Scheduling WG until the Spring Technical meetings in Cleveland.</font><br>

<font size="2">I will send in a separate note the web-ex invitation and the agenda before each meeting.</font><br>

<font size="2">As discussed during the meeting in Darmstadt, it is very difficult to find a date that fits everybody's agenda, therefore we simply take the 3rd Wednesday of every month. The late/early time in Europe/US is to allow participants from both sides to attend (i.e. everybody suffers equally!).</font><br>
