- Recap of the outcome of the two previous “call for interest in Planning service standardisation” meetings in 2012 in Europe and in the US: 20 Min<br>
- Short introduction of the CCSDS standardisation process (focus on: What is the purpose of the BOF. Which documents are the outcome of the BOF, What is needed to become a WG): 5 Min<br>
- Overview of the relevant previous or ongoing work (input to the BOF and the envisaged WG) : 10 Min<br>
- Review of the draft Charter : 20 Min<br>
- Agree on the agenda of the BOF meeting on 14 Nov: 20 Min<br>
- AOB: 5 Min<br>
