<p class="MsoNormal">The SC 13 meeting has just finished.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They passed resolutions including the ISO publication of OAIS, 16363, 16919 and IPELTU. Of course, the actually publication will depend on Tom Gannett’s processing of the Word files.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">There were some gaps in the names for our liaisons, which have been filled as follows:<o:p></o:p></p>
