This is mostly related to a compliance motivation with externally imposed policies and all relevant activities in the execution phase should therefore also take place on the basis of compliance with the policies defined in legal, contractual, and similar documents related to the context of the project.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'><span lang=EN-US>Furthermore, we could support to improve the reference to the functional entities of OAIS in the IPELTU draft. Typically they are only available in non machine-<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>readable ways, i.e., as parts of funding/grant agreements, legal frameworks, etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>The second type of policies is more related to the actual execution of Data Management<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Operations, and deals with securing redundancy, intregrity, authenticity as well as<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US style='color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>Security in general during collection management time.
