<div>DB: the LTDP common guidelines are mainly dedicated to space agencies in order to guaranty that they are able to preserve data (minimum level A). The objective of the ILF is different, as it is supposed to give recommendations to projects to take into
account during the life of the data from the creation (near to the LTDP preservation process, broader and more generic).</div>

<div>DB: also make a link between the ILF and the LTDP preservation process.</div>

<div>The objective of the current framework document is a high level description of the content of the future standard, in order to attract participation from other agencies/organizations. From this point of view the document could be stopped now, and the WG
could begin to work on a formal CCSDS formal document standard.</div>

<div>From MM’s point of view, this document should contain more details. JG and DB reply that we have to produce a draft standard document for end of 2015 and thus not spend too much time on this one. It is decided that MM completes the current document with
