Here is the PDS specification for date time in YMD format.

Name: ASCII_Date_Time_YMD
Class Description: The ASCII_Date_Time_YMD class indicates a date in YMD format and time.
Character_Data_Type - formation_rule: YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS.SSSSSS(Z)
