[Moims-dai] OAIS and IPELTU registered as DIS

Just an update:

 

OAIS (ISO 14721) update and IPELTU (which will be ISO 23507) are now at ISO
stage 40.00 i.e. DIS registered. The next stage is 40.20 i.e. DIS ballot
initiated.

ISO 16363 and 16919 updates are currently at stage 30.99 i.e. CD approved
for registration as DIS. These will presumably be moved to 40.00 shortly.
