All,

As I was unable to participate in last week’s telecon, I’m not sure I understand the proposed scope as stated below.  The title seems fine to me, but the title and the statement below would seem to include activities by an Archive to keep its information understandable to a Designated Community.  If this is the intent, it would greatly expand the scope beyond the life of an information project. I think this would detract from the needed focus for projects to upgrade their consideration for long term preservation of the information they are creating.
