<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:12.0pt;text-autospace:none"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">and NOTING that 901.3 refers to an internal CSS Area Technical Note that details how the Functional
Resources defined by the Functional Resource Model are registered with the Space Assigned Numbers Authority (SANA);<o:p></o:p></span></p>

been sufficiently exercised and is the basis for which the current SANA-registered Functional Resource Model has been created and populated;
