When I started with the CSTS TD Tracking prototype, I took
following documents:<br>
- TD-CSTS_W-0 10 150721 for the TD book<br>
- 91x1r2 20150903 for the FW book.<br>
<br>
But in the ESA CSTS API I work with, the reference document
for the Framework is CCSDS 921.1-R-2 Issue 0.20 -> I don't
know which Version from the FW book it is. Perhaps Margherita
or Francois knows it.<br>
