<p class="MsoNormal">This update is synchronized with the CSTS SFW that has been forwarded for promotion as a Blue Book. Also, as a result of today’s CSTSWG telecon, configuration of several aspects of the TDM Recording Buffer have been designated as out of
scope of the Recommended Standard, which is consistent with how those aspects are treated in the CSTS SFW for Recording Buffers in general.<o:p></o:p></p>
