<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Please note that we need to try and complete the
Concept Book updates during the week, so we need to dedicate some real resources
to this activity. This will not require the whole CSRM membership for the
whole time but it does mean that we will need the available CSRM membership to
take some time out of the other WGs to work on specific areas of the Concept
Book. We can agree who does what on the first day.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The overall aim will now be to release the RM and
Concept books together, hopefully at the same time as the Service Management
books.</FONT></DIV>
