<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">With this announcement from the ESA Delegate, I kick-off the process of accepting nominations of candidates. We are aiming to complete this and select a new chair by the next in-person meeting to allow time
for overlap and some transfer of knowledge.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Although we will celebrate Klaus-Juergen career at our next meeting in London, I want to stress that this is a historical moment for our organization, and we will all miss his wisdom and technical expertise.
