<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">Mr. Stefan Gärtner has been nominated by DLR. </span></p>
<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">He is a senior ground segment system engineer and has been active in CCSDS/MOIMS since 2013. Specifically, he is s one of the main drivers behind the Spacecraft Monitoring & Control services
set of standards. Mr. Gärtner has also been actively promoting CCSDS standards implementation and adoption through various fora including publications in high-profile conferences and journals.</span></p>
