replacement candidate for Applications Support Services Working Group Chair. <o:p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in">Mr. Singh is Civil Servant in the Flight Software branch at Goddard Spaceflight Center. He is a software systems engineer with over 20 years’ experience in flight software missions and has been part of CCSDS SOIS-App
since Fall 2022 and CCSDS SIS-DTN since summer 2019. He has worked with ISO and IEC standards committees and was a member of the US delegation to both ISO and IEC meetings.<o:p></o:p></p>
