<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">South Korea’s KARI has been a CCSDS observer member and I have recently talked to them about the possibility of moving to full membership. They are interested. They have been growing significantly and now
have a lunar mission on its way, which carries a DTN demo, and just built their first deep space 35-meter diameter station, among other recent accomplishments.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">However, I do not know the process for making them a full member or if that automatically makes them a CMC member. I assume so, but have not found a written process.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
