according including - as appropriate - remarks for the additional work to be performed and for the additional effort to be provided for the extra features.

<p class="MsoNormal">2) For this poll, it is mentioned that there are no patents known to CCSDS.

<p class="MsoNormal">Looking for 3GPP patents in Europe on the web, one gets a huge list. It is assumed the same is the case in USA, Japan, Korea, where such technology was developed.

<p class="MsoNormal">It is unknown if the WG only considers buying LTE/3GPP equipment as is (thus automatically paying royalties) and using it in space after ruggedizing it or adding frequency converters, or proposes to develop standards based on this technology.
