2021, sessions to be organised by WGs</span>

7-8 Jun 2021, 2 sessions of 4 hours each day</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">CMC Meeting: tbd,
e.g. 15-17 Jun 2021, tbd sessions</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">This will allow
the </span><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial">WGs an extended
period of three weeks for their technical meetings. There will be one week
to prepare the Area reports for the subsequent CESG. An then another week
to prepare the CESG report for CMC.</span>

clarify if this proposal meets the agreement of the CMC.</span>
