<p class="MsoNormal">NASA has chosen to allow RID submission through the CCSDS website and this introduces the possibility for spam submissions such as these. We regularly review our website logs and block IP addresses responsible for malicious actions. In
the past, this has been sufficient to prevent repeated abuse of the RID system. If we continue to receive spam submissions we will take action, such as introducing reCAPTCHA like we have for mailing list subscriptions.<o:p></o:p></p>
