<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US">Concerning question 1:</span></b><span lang="EN-US"> At least from our perspective from Brazil, it will be a high risk procedure to be logistically assured as viable, in time, in this case, for a two-way travel to/from
France. The logistic uncertainties,<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">not only in Brazil but in France, as well, seem to be not stable and are complex to be faced, in both sides. Not to mention the quarentee requirement … So far, there is, clearly a high risk to get into unsolvable logistic
<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">related impediments in the sequence of requirements to be observed for such a travel. Commercial air traffic to/from Brazil is still reduced to a very critical minimum.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US">Concerning question 2:</span></b><span lang="EN-US"> It is possible that allowance for attendance may be viable, to the extent that financial resources may not be required for the purpose, due to the critical budgetary
situation the organization <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Is going through … However, personal risk is not worth to be taken even if travel may eventually become logistically viable, as commented in question 1.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Incidentally, INPE is still under “home-office” regime and with undefined date for return of its personnel to regular office attendance.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
