has arranged to host the spring 2020 Technical and CESG Meetings in Huntsville,
Alabama at the Westin Huntsville Hotel. The proposed dates for the meetings
are 4-8 May 2020 (5-day technical meetings) followed by the CESG meeting
on Monday, 11 May 2020. Please let me know of any potential conflicts with
these dates by Thursday, 4 July 2019.</span></p>

A block of 75 rooms at the Westin Huntsville will be reserved at a reduced
