copy of your passport, your affiliation (spelled out, not just an acronym), your job title, and contact information (work physical and email address). If you will have a companion traveling with you, please include this information for them as well. Please
do not copy myself or the secretariat mailing list on emails containing copies of your passport.<o:p></o:p></p>
