<p><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Holger , who is an engineer in the ESA’s Operations Directorate, has been member of the CSTS Working Group since some years, and has developed a large experience in all matters to be addressed
by the Working Group.</span> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Also, he has contributed to some activities at “area” level of Cross Support Services, thus becoming a key person in many of Cross-Support related topics.</span>
<br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">He has interacted with working groups from other Areas, and has become familiar with CCSDS practises and methodologies.</span>
<br>
<br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">At ESA Holger is in charge of the development of software applications for the ESA's network of Ground Station. In this role, he has managed the development of prototypes of the CSTS service recommendations.
This gave him also the engineering insight into the services specified by the CSTS Working Group.</span>
