<p class="MsoNormal">Please see attached the proposed <b><u>DRAFT TEXT</u></b> of an SC 13 / SC 14 agreement. This is provided for your information and please do note that it is a draft statement. The primary intent is to provide an umbrella under which
the SC 13 and SC 14 can work on common architecture issues. There are some known point of contact, particularly in the MOIMS Nav WG and in the SEA SAWG. The particular request was focused on SEA SAWG and use and extension to the Reference Architecture for
Space Data Systems (RASDS). The request is in somewhat broader terms than that, but this is not the intent.<o:p></o:p></p>
