<div>Attached you will find a completed request from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) (United Arab Emirates) to participate in the CCSDS as an Observer Agency. </div>

<div>Since the CMC will be meeting next week, I believe that it would be prudent to review MBRSC's application and to vote on the approval of the UAE as an official CCSDS Observer at the forthcoming CMC meeting 24-26 October; instead of establishing a two-week

 online poll. As such, attached is MBRSC's observer request form for your advanced review in case you have any questions or concerns you would like to bring up at the meeting. </div>
