Requirement spec for the future CCSDS RID Tool.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I have taken into account the hundreds
of comments received from WGs and Areas. It is, by no means, a completed
spec, but it allows to start the second iteration. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I recognize that the current spec</font>
<ol>
<li value=1><font size=2 face="sans-serif">it mixes requirements and procedural
practices</font>
<li value=2><font size=2 face="sans-serif">requirements are not good ordered</font></ol><font size=2 face="sans-serif">but
this will be solved in the second version.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I would like to ask the WGs Chairs to
take a view to the doc (only 7 pages) and (f possible)  give feedback
to your AD/DAD during your next Area Plenary to be held on Friday 21st
October 2016.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">CESG will discuss them during our meeting
on 24th October.</font>
