all the Projects. There are still many inconsistencies</font>

<ul>
<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Projects going to Agency Review, but
still pending</font>
<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Projects at work since some time, but
still pending</font>
<li><font size=2 face="sans-serif">New Projects partially funded by extra
funds outside the normal Agency's standardisation resources</font></ul>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">All these changes (and some resource
analysis) are summarised in the charts attached</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Actions on ADs/DADs will generate CMC
Polls.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Last but not least, the introduction
of the draft project status is not so easy (due date for the action was
31st Dec 2014). In order to simplify the CWE update the sttaus "pending"
will be deprecated, and we will have in the future "approved"
and "draft" projects.</font>

clean status prior to the next CMC meeting, when all these changes will
be presented and discussed</font>
