due to needing to look after elderly relatives and Dai believes that he cannot do this and still sensibly contribute to CCSDS. He certainly cannot continue to manage the foreign travel that attending CCSDS meetings entails. This is unfortunate, but of course,
family comes first.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
